Our first event brief meetings often take place many months before the event, but before long we will be deciding on linen samples, formulating the perfect table plan, working on entertainment which will really impress and sending specially designed invitations to anywhere between 10 and 18,000 guests.
As the countdown to the big day approaches, we have been on site up to a month in advance beforehand in the past, and you can expect the same level of commitment to your event no matter the size.
We plan far in advance to manage the build and set-up with military precision, in order to create the smoothest transition from field, hotel ballroom or private residence to the ultimate event venue.
