The Secret Beach Party
ACES managed a very special beach party for corporate clients, complete with tiki torches and fire performers
A truly spectacular evening was arranged for 300 corporate clients in Cornwall. The guests were given the ultimate playground in the form of a private beach party with a steel band, limbo dancers and fire performers.
ACES built marquees on the beach to create a covered dancefloor and chill-out area, all lit by storm lanterns and coloured pealight strands. Local food was used wherever possible to create a proper Cornish experience for the guests, this was one of many personal touches created by ACES for the corporate celebration.
Large oil drum barrels, with the company logo cut in, gave guests the warmth and heat for their party on the beach. Personalised beach mats, deckchairs and tiki torches all added to the atmosphere. The bar and catering staff, wearing specially designed t-shirts, were responsible for welcoming guests with special cocktails selected by the company.
ACES created this magical venue with 150 stone steps to the bottom of the cliffs needing to be taken into account. This required some serious logistical organisation, with all catering and bar equipment - from gas ovens to cocktail shakers - needing to be taken down the steps by staff in time for the event build. Large equipment, such as the marquees and oil drums, were arranged to be taken across from a neighbouring beach when the tide allowed weeks in advance. This was a real ACES solution, co-ordinated from our offices with the Cornish beach staff and delivery crew.
