ACES Secures Dream Wedding Venue
ACES helped secure the licence for one couple’s dream Wedding location in Wales.
The views across the estuary were breathtaking but the site had never been used for a wedding marquee before, so a lot of investigation was required to obtain the necessary permissions and licence for the event to go ahead.
ACES prepared all the reports to ensure all the Health & Safety regulations were met and Risk Assessments provided for the authorities. After a tense wait, full permission was granted, and the preparations could begin. The caterers, marquee, florist, linen and security were all sourced as locally as possible.
The attractive marquee in its picturesque setting looked perfect and everyone could make the most of the unique location with its tremendous views across the sea. A steel band played during the drinks reception, overlooking the bay and then the guests moved inside the marquee for a delicious lunch. Their views of the landscape remained visible as the sides of the marquee had been opened up to take full advantage of the setting.
